EMCOR Group is seeking a seasoned Account Manager leadership professional to drive sales, profits, and client relationships in the HVAC and Building Automation sector. You will collaborate with MESA Account Managers, Sales Directors, and Operations to maximize market potential and close key opportunities.

The role emphasizes leading a team, coaching, and developing sales strategies, with a strong focus on customer satisfaction and cross-functional cooperation across the engineering community.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of sales experience in HVAC/Automation
• Prior Sales Leadership/Management experience desired
• Good time management, communication, organization, and interpersonal skills

Responsabilités

• Develops and executes a business plan and sales strategy to meet company goals.
• Ensures Account Managers meet activity standards for prospecting calls, appointments, proposals, and closes.
• Mentors and coaches the team to build motivation and selling skills.
• Maintains contact with key clients to ensure high levels of satisfaction.
• Develops and maintains relationships within the Engineering community for plan and specification work.
