Johnson Controls is seeking a senior-level sales professional to drive service offerings to building owners, primarily at the Director level, in the United States. You will cultivate long-term relationships, renew multi-year service agreements, and expand offerings across accounts.

Ideal candidates have 5+ years in field sales within HVAC or building automation, a Bachelor's degree in business or engineering, and proven ability to influence decision-makers.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in business, engineering, or equivalent sales experience in HVAC or building automation.
• Minimum of five years of progressive field sales experience.
• At least two years selling HVAC or building automation system service or projects.

Responsabilidades

• Sell Johnson Controls service offerings to owners, primarily at the Director level.
• Build and manage long-term customer relationships with target accounts.
• Close monthly sales opportunities and renew/expand service agreements.
• Develop partnerships with owners to drive the sale of Johnson Controls offerings.
• Understand the customer's business and speak their language.
