Johnson Controls, Inc. is seeking a high-performing sales professional to sell our service offerings to building owners at the Director level.

You will promote our value proposition by delivering technical solutions and cultivating long-term partnerships. This role focuses on expanding renewable service agreements, renewing contracts, and opening new opportunities within managed accounts, with targets set monthly.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree in business or engineering, or equivalent sales experience in HVAC or building automation.
• Minimum of five years progressive field sales experience.
• At least two years selling HVAC or building automation service/projects.

Aufgaben

• Sell Johnson Controls offerings to building owners at the Director level.
• Develop long-term customer relationships and ensure satisfaction.
• Renew and expand renewable service agreements, including multi-year contracts.
• Identify opportunities and close sales on a monthly basis.
• Aim to expand offerings within accounts.
