Qualifications

• Associate/technical degree or higher is required.
• Ten years’ progressive sales experience in HVAC/building controls if no degree.
• Three years’ sales experience in HVAC/building controls/mechanical systems selling products or services.

Responsibilities

• Sell Johnson Controls offerings to owners at the D-level, ensuring value and profitability.
• Develop and manage long-term relationships with target accounts and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Lead renewals and multi-year service agreements with new and existing customers.
• Expand the scope of Johnson Controls’ offerings within accounts and drive cross-sell.
