Job summary

Johnson Controls is seeking a sales professional to sell service offerings to building owners, focusing on the Director level, and to manage long-term partnerships. You will promote the value of Johnson Controls’ solutions and drive renewal opportunities within managed accounts.

Ideal candidates have 3+ years in HVAC/building controls sales, strong communication, and the ability to influence decision makers across organizations.

Qualifications

• Associate/technical degree required; bachelor’s in engineering preferred.
• Three years’ sales experience in HVAC/building controls or mechanical systems.
• Experience selling to owners at D-level and building long-term relationships.
• Strong integrity and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Sell Johnson Controls service offerings to building owners, primarily at Director level.
• Develop long-term relationships and manage customer satisfaction.
• Promote value propositions and renewals with existing accounts.
• Qualify and close new sales opportunities and expand offerings within accounts.
