Johnson Controls is seeking an experienced Field Sales professional to promote HVAC and building automation services to building owners, focusing on director-level decisions. You will develop long-term relationships, close opportunities, and expand multi-year service agreements across target accounts.

With a proven track record in field sales, you will drive profitable growth, demonstrate integrity, and communicate effectively to understand and meet client objectives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, engineering, or related field.
• Six years of progressive field sales experience.
• At least one year selling HVAC or building automation service or projects.
• Demonstrates a commitment to integrity and quality in business.
• Excellent initiative and interpersonal communications skills.
• Demonstrated ability to influence account decision makers at key levels.

Responsibilities

• Sell Johnson Controls offerings to owners at the D-level, promoting value through technical solutions.
• Build and manage long-term customer relationships and partnerships with target accounts.
• Close sales and renew/expand renewable service agreements, including multi-year contracts.
• Actively listen, identify concerns, and speak the customer’s language.
