• Requires a Bachelor's degree in a technical or business field or equivalent.
• Five years of experience in HVAC Sales or related technical field.
• Well-developed sales skills.
• Excellent organizational skills and ability to prioritize multiple projects and tasks to meet deadlines.
• Excellent oral/written communication skills.
• Excellent customer relation and presentation skills.
• Ability to travel within a defined region at least 50% of the time.
• Ability to function independently and deliver results.

Responsibilities

• Prospects to locate and develop relationships with new clients.
• Maintains and cultivates existing client relationships
• Develops general working knowledge of all MECCO offerings.
• Utilizes account management processes for target customers.
• Develops action plans to improve project closure rate and margins.
• Develops necessary estimates as required.
