Job summary

Havtech in Bridgeville, PA is seeking an Owner Direct Account Manager to drive revenue through new client acquisition and by expanding maintenance agreements and turnkey building automation projects.

You will coordinate Havtech solutions with customers, manage pricing and proposals, and lead cross‑functional teams to close deals while maintaining exceptional customer service throughout installation and warranty support.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a technical or business related field or equivalent combination of education/experience.
• Five years of experience in HVAC Sales or related technical field.
• Excellent organizational skills and ability to prioritize multiple projects and tasks to meet deadlines.
• Excellent customer relations and presentation skills.
• Must have basic PC experience in Windows and Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Prospects to locate and develop relationships with new clients.
• Maintains and cultivates existing client relationships.
• Develops general working knowledge of all Havtech offerings.
• Develops and implements action plans to improve project closure rate and profitability.
• Leads or supports coordinated sales efforts involving multiple Havtech sales groups.
