Job summary

Havtech in Warrendale, PA is seeking an Owner Direct Account Manager to drive revenue and margins by securing maintenance agreements, quoted service projects, repairs, and building automation solutions for existing buildings. You will coordinate Havtech offerings, develop action plans to improve closure rates, prepare estimates, and present proposals to customers while leveraging local incentive programs.

Qualifications

• Requires a Bachelor's degree in a technical or business field or equivalent experience.
• Five years of experience in HVAC Sales or related technical field.
• Must possess excellent organizational skills and ability to prioritize multiple projects and tasks to meet competing deadlines.
• Excellent customer relation and presentation skills.
• Must have basic PC experience in Windows environment, working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and Outlook).
• Ability to travel within a defined region at least 50% of the time, overnight travel is not typical.
• Ability to function independently and deliver results.

Responsibilities

• Prospects to locate and develop relationships with new clients.
• Maintains and cultivates existing client relationships
• Develops general working knowledge of all Havtech offerings.
• Develops and implements action plans to improve project closure rate and profitability.
• Develops necessary estimates as required.
• Leads or supports coordinated sales efforts involving multiple Havtech groups.
• Communicates project information to operations for successful completion.
• Coordinates site reviews and confirms project scope and bill of materials.
• Assists with collection of accounts receivable as needed.
• Determines selling strategy and initial pricing; presents proposals and negotiates terms with customers.
• Stays current with local utility incentive programs to improve margins.
• Coordinates project execution and resolves scope deviations with clients.
