Daikin Applied seeks an Account Manager or Senior Account Manager to act as a technical sales expert, developing and maintaining customer relationships, selling preventative maintenance contracts, and advising on HVAC products and BAS solutions. Location: Hybrid role based in the Seattle area with regular travel to customers and job sites.

You will work in a dynamic team, meeting sales goals, generating leads, and coordinating cost estimates and quotes.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of related sales experience.
• Bachelor's degree or high school diploma/equivalent + related work experience.
• Ability to travel territory daily.

Responsabilités

• Develop and maintain customer relationships; sell maintenance contracts.
• Meet sales goals; prospect new business.
• Prepare cost estimates and quotes; coordinate with internal teams.
• Travel throughout territory to call on customers and sites.
• Prepare reports on pipeline, sales activity, and business plans.
