Zusammenfassung

Daikin Applied Americas Inc is seeking an Account Manager or Senior Account Manager to act as a technical sales expert, developing and maintaining customer relationships, selling preventative maintenance contracts, and advising on HVAC products and building automation solutions.

This hybrid role is based in the Austin District Service Office with regular travel to customers and job sites. You will partner with sales, service, and operations to meet goals and deliver tailored HVAC solutions.

Qualifikationen

• 2+ years of demonstrated success in sales in similar or adjacent industry (Commercial HVAC sales experience strongly preferred).
• Ability to travel territory daily and build customer relationships.
• Experience creating sales proposals, quotes, and reviewing contracts is a plus.

Aufgaben

• Work in assigned territory, partnering closely with Direct Owners, District Office Managers, sales colleagues, Parts team and Technicians.
• Meet sales goals through the development of existing customers and prospecting new business.
• Travel throughout assigned territory to call on customers, solicit orders, and follow up on concerns.
• Prepare cost estimates and price quotations on new work and coordinate estimates on project continuations.
