Daikin Applied, the world’s largest HVAC company, is hiring a Service and Solutions Account Manager in Alabama. You will develop and maintain owner relationships, sell preventive maintenance contracts, and advise on products and solutions aligned with client needs.

The role emphasizes cross-functional collaboration, territory travel, and delivering customized HVAC services with a focus on enterprise customers. Hybrid work in Birmingham or Montgomery is available.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent plus HVAC certification and 5 years HVAC field service experience or bachelor’s degree.
• 4+ years of related commercial HVAC sales experience.
• 7+ years of commercial HVAC service and solutions sales experience (Preferred).
• Prior experience creating sales proposals, quotes, and reviewing contracts.
• Valid Driver's License and acceptable Motor Vehicle Record.
• Ability to travel territory daily.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite.
• Demonstrated ability to influence the market.
• Experience with Salesforce or any other sales tracking software (Preferred).

Responsibilities

• Work in assigned territory, partnering with owners, reps, district office and service center managers, sales colleagues, the Parts team and Technicians.
• Meet sales goals through development of existing customers and prospecting new business.
• Prepare cost estimates and price quotations on new work and project continuations.
• Verify and quote prices, terms and prepare sales contracts.
• Prepare reports of pipeline, sales activity, and business plans.
• Plan, organize, and guide projects through to completion; involves internal and external SMEs as needed.
• Research and seek enterprise level clients.
