Daikin Applied, the world’s largest HVAC company, seeks an Account Manager or Senior Account Manager to act as a technical sales expert developing and maintaining customer relationships, selling maintenance contracts, and advising on HVAC products and BAS. Hybrid role in the Seattle area (Kent office) with regular local travel.

You’ll work with reps, service managers, and technicians to meet sales goals, prepare estimates, travel for client meetings, and leverage energy rebates and ROI tools.

Qualificações

• Minimum qualifications: Bachelor's or high school diploma with related experience.
• 2+ years of related sales experience.
• Valid Driver's License and acceptable driving record.
• Ability to travel territory daily.
• Demonstrated ability to influence the market.

Responsabilidades

• Work in assigned territory, partnering with reps, district/offices, sales, parts, and technicians.
• Meet sales goals through existing customers and new business.
• Generate lists of prospective customers from databases and sources.
• Travel to call on customers, build relationships, and follow up on concerns.
• Prepare cost estimates, quotes, and sales contracts for orders.
• Conduct product surveys to identify needs for changes or new products.
• Prepare pipeline reports, sales activity, and business plans.
• Identify tools/resources to aid sales efforts (rebates, ROI).
• Plan and guide projects to completion with internal/external SMEs.
• Coordinate with vendors/contractors for complex solutions.
