Hill York seeks a high performing Account Executive to drive growth by acquiring new accounts while expanding relationships with both new and existing customers in Florida. This role is ideal for a relationship‑focused sales professional with strong commercial HVAC experience.

You will sell service repairs, retrofit projects, and energy solutions to key decision makers, tailoring messaging to C‑level and technical buyers, and you will cultivate trust and long‑term partnerships.

Qualifications

• Minimum 4 years commercial HVAC experience with knowledge of codes and standards.
• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Business, or equivalent a plus.
• Proven success in sales and ability to close deals in complex environments.
• Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Willingness to travel regularly to customer sites.
• Valid driver's license and ability to drive to sites.

Responsabilités

• Acquire new commercial, industrial, and institutional accounts through outreach and networking.
• Cold call prospective customers to generate leads and open new opportunities.
• Sell to C-level executives and technical buyers with tailored messaging.
• Develop and maintain relationships with owners, facility managers, engineers, and management companies.
• Prepare accurate proposals and negotiate contracts to close profitable deals.
• Maintain CRM records and manage sales pipeline.
