Hill York is seeking a driven Account Manager to accelerate growth by selling service and maintenance agreements across commercial, industrial, and institutional markets in the Tampa area. The role focuses on developing new business, expanding existing accounts, and delivering profitable revenue growth.

The ideal candidate is competitive, results-oriented, and excels at building relationships, creating opportunities, and closing deals.

Formación

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Strong networking and lead generation abilities.
• Ability to close deals and manage client relationships.
• Strategic thinker with ability to identify opportunities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsabilidades

• Proactively identify, target, and secure new business through cold calling, prospecting, networking, and referrals.
• Build a robust sales pipeline and manage opportunities through all stages of the sales cycle.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with owners, facility managers, and management companies.
• Research and identify decision makers within target organizations and develop engagement strategies.
• Conduct sales presentations and negotiate contracts to close service agreements at profitable margins.
• Maintain regular customer touchpoints to ensure satisfaction and long-term retention.
