Hill York is seeking a driven Account Manager to accelerate growth by selling service and maintenance agreements across commercial, industrial, and institutional markets. This hunter-focused role emphasizes prospecting, relationship building, and closing profitable contracts.

You will manage a robust sales pipeline, work with facility managers and owners, and maintain CRM records. Hill York offers base salary, car allowance, and uncapped commissions in Florida.

Formación

• High School diploma or equivalent is required.
• Ability to network, generate leads, close deals, and manage customer relationships.
• Strategic thinker with the ability to identify and capitalize on opportunities.
• Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational and follow-up skills with attention to detail.
• Proficient with CRM, Word, and Excel.
• Ability to drive to customer sites regularly.
• Must be able to work in various environments.

Responsabilidades

• Proactively identify, target, and secure new business through cold calling, prospecting, networking, and referrals.
• Build a robust sales pipeline and manage opportunities through all stages of the sales cycle.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with owners, facility managers, and management companies.
• Research and identify decision makers within target organizations and develop strategies to engage them.
• Conduct sales presentations and negotiate contracts to close service agreements at profitable margins.
• Maintain regular customer touchpoints to ensure satisfaction and long-term retention.
• Respond promptly to customer inquiries and resolve issues related to billing, service, or agreements.
• Proactively identify at-risk accounts and implement strategies to retain and strengthen relationships.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery and customer satisfaction.
• Maintain accurate records in CRM and provide regular updates on sales activities and pipeline.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and customer feedback to inform sales strategies.
• Ability to identify customer needs and discuss Hill York solutions.
