Job summary

Hill York, a full-service commercial HVAC contractor with four Florida locations, seeks a high‑performing Account Executive to drive growth by acquiring new accounts and expanding relationships with both new and existing customers. This role focuses on selling service repairs, retrofit projects, and energy solutions to C-level and technical buyers, with the goal of closing profitable contracts.

Qualifications

• Minimum 4 years commercial HVAC sales experience.
• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Business, or equivalent a plus.

Responsibilities

• Acquire new commercial, industrial, and institutional accounts through strategic outreach, networking, and relationship-building.
• Sell service repair work, retrofit projects, and energy solutions.
• Develop and maintain relationships with owners, facility managers, engineers, and management companies.
• Estimate, bid, propose, negotiate and close jobs and contracts at qualified margins.
• Identify key decision makers and tailor solutions to meet their technical and operational needs.
• Maintain detailed records of sales activities, pipeline updates, and customer interactions in CRM.
