Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to network, generate leads, close deals, and manage customer relationships.
• Strategic thinker with the ability to identify and capitalize on opportunities.
• Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient CRM, Word, and Excel.

Responsibilities

• Identify, target, and secure new business through cold calling, prospecting, networking, and referrals.
• Build and manage a robust sales pipeline across all stages.
• Build and maintain relationships with owners, facility managers, and management companies.
• Identify decision makers within target organizations and engage them.
• Conduct sales presentations and negotiate contracts to close service agreements at margins.
• Maintain regular customer touchpoints to ensure satisfaction and retention.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
