You will acquire new accounts, expand relationships, and close service, retrofit, and energy solutions with key decision makers.

Qualifikationen

• 4+ years commercial HVAC sales experience.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Business, or equivalent a plus.
• Proven success in sales and closing deals in complex environments.
• Ability to build trust-based relationships and close deals.

Aufgaben

• Acquire new commercial, industrial, and institutional accounts through outreach and relationship-building.
• Sell to C-level executives and technical buyers by tailoring messaging.
• Develop and maintain relationships with owners, facility managers, engineers, and management companies.
• Estimate, bid, propose, negotiate and close contracts at qualified margins.
• Identify key decision makers and tailor solutions to meet needs.
• Organize and prepare bid documentation and ensure accuracy of estimates.
• Maintain detailed records of sales activities in CRM.
