EMCOR Services NY/NJ is seeking a highly motivated Sales Account Executive to drive sales for HVAC products and services. You will build and maintain relationships with contractors, consultants, and building owners, identifying scope of work and closing sales with minimal supervision.

The role demands a network of industry contacts, strong communication, and the ability to manage the full sales cycle while meeting revenue targets. A valid driver’s license is required.

Qualifikationen

• 3–5 years of related experience in HVAC or construction industry.
• 2+ years’ experience in HVAC commercial, chiller or maintenance service sales.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Strong customer presentation skills and demonstrated sales aptitude.
• Must possess a valid driver’s license.

Aufgaben

• Direct sales of the company’s services, including prospecting leads, qualifying sales calls, preparing proposals and quotations, negotiations and managing sales cycle to close sales.
• Maintain high customer satisfaction and ensure sales revenue, gross margins, and product mix meet targets.
• Prepare reports, proposals, booking packages, and other required documentation.
• Appraise and survey mechanical systems to determine condition and maintenance requirements.
• Participate in training, meetings, trade shows, seminars and networking events.
• Monitor industry trends and competitive activity to develop new business strategies.
