Job summary

You will sell to C-level and technical buyers, bid and negotiate contracts, manage proposals, and collaborate with internal teams to ensure on-time delivery and customer satisfaction, with strong earning potential through commissions.

Qualifications

• Minimum 4 years commercial HVAC experience with knowledge of HVAC codes and standards.
• Proven success in sales and ability to close deals in complex environments.
• Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Willingness to travel regularly to customer sites.

Responsibilities

• Acquire new commercial, industrial, and institutional accounts through outreach and networking.
• Cold call prospective customers to generate leads and opportunities.
• Sell to C-level executives and technical buyers, tailoring messaging to priorities.
• Develop and maintain relationships with owners, facility managers, engineers, and management firms.
• Estimate, bid, negotiate and close contracts with qualified margins.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery and satisfaction.
