Job summary

EMCOR Mesa is seeking an Account Manager to build and maintain relationships with clients across multiple markets, promoting energy solutions and HVAC services. You will work with cross-functional teams to maximize sales opportunities within existing and potential accounts, while ensuring pricing and payments are managed effectively.

Ideal candidates have a bachelor's degree, 3+ years in HVAC-related sales or services, and strong presentation and financial skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business or a technical discipline.
• 3+ years of experience in HVAC commercial service or related field.
• Experience in Facilities Management or Operations and Maintenance preferred.
• Strong customer presentation skills, sales aptitude, and financial acumen.
• Independent decision making; proficient with MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Prospect for new accounts and maintain existing client relationships.
• Develop sales presentations and pricing proposals.
• Manage client pricing, accounts receivable, and payments.
• Coordinate with Operations, project management, and sales teams.
• Attend conferences, calls, and trade shows to generate leads.
• Develop proposals with financial and technical sections using standard templates.
