Job summary

WSP is seeking a POWER Testing and Energization Experienced P&C Field Services Technician to support projects across Texas, New Mexico, and Oklahoma. You will perform on-site testing and commissioning of protection and control systems in HV substations, documenting activities with field tools and ensuring safety and quality.

Responsibilities

• Perform testing and commissioning tasks for Protection and Control systems on high voltage substations.
• Lead on-site testing of protective relays using test sets such as Omicron CMC 256/356 and Doble F6150.
• Document site activities with field forms, digital tools, and mobile apps.
• Support Project Lead or Field Supervisor and mentor junior technicians.
• Maintain logs, photos, and labels; escalate complex issues to site lead or project manager.
