Sagan World LLC. is seeking a HubSpot Administrator to support a U.S. sales team. You will configure CRM workflows, maintain data quality and deliver reporting to drive client outcomes.

In this role, you will own HubSpot properties, pipelines, sequences, and automations; build drip campaigns, alerts and task reminders; and collaborate closely with sales to streamline follow-ups and KPI tracking.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years in sales support, enablement, or operations.
• Hands-on HubSpot administration: automations, sequences, workflows.
• Experience supporting a U.S.-based sales team.
• Excellent English, both spoken and written.

Responsabilités

• Configure HubSpot properties, pipelines, sequences and workflows.
• Build drip campaigns, alerts and task reminders.
