Job summary

K. Hovnanian Companies is seeking a HubSpot Administrator to own and support our enterprise HubSpot environment across Sales, Marketing, and Service Hubs.

This role will help shape a major CRM implementation, then lead ongoing administration, governance, adoption, reporting, and continuous improvement after launch. You will partner with implementation teams, manage users and data hygiene, build dashboards, and train users.

Qualifications

• 2–4+ years of HubSpot administration across multiple hubs.
• Experience with workflows, custom objects, permissions, integrations, reporting, and CRM data quality.
• Familiarity with enterprise CRM implementations, testing, migration validation, and post-launch support.
• Strong communication skills to train and support non-technical users.
• Analytical, organized, and capable in a fast-moving, matrixed environment.
• HubSpot certifications preferred; homebuilding/real estate exposure a plus.

Responsibilities

• Configure HubSpot across Sales, Marketing, and Service Hubs in partnership with implementation teams.
• Own day-to-day HubSpot administration: users, permissions, data hygiene, workflows, automation, governance.
• Manage integrations between HubSpot and internal systems via APIs and connectors.
• Build dashboards and reporting for sales, marketing, homeowner service, and leadership teams.
• Support user adoption through training, documentation, troubleshooting, and post-launch hypercare.
• Maintain a roadmap of enhancements and future HubSpot capabilities.
