Job summary

Suralink, the agentic automation platform for accounting professionals, is seeking a HubSpot-focused Marketing Operations Specialist to manage workflows, data, and reporting behind demand generation and pipeline.

You will build and maintain workflows, lists, and campaign assets in HubSpot, ensure data cleanliness, and develop the reporting Marketing relies on. This role reports to Revenue Operations and offers a remote-friendly environment.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in marketing operations with hands-on HubSpot experience.
• Experience building workflows, lists, properties, and reports in HubSpot.
• Strong attention to detail and habit of checking your own work.
• Comfortable with spreadsheets and basic data work such as pivot tables, lookups, and cleaning/importing data.
• Clear written and verbal communication, including documenting processes.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain HubSpot workflows, lists, forms, properties, and campaign assets, following our standards.
• Support campaign and webinar operations end to end, including list builds, registration and follow-up workflows, and post-event data cleanup.
• Support lead management and lifecycle stage processes, and troubleshoot routing and lifecycle issues with escalation to Revenue Operations Manager
• Apply and QA attribution and UTM standards so source data stays accurate and reportable
• Support Marketing with CRM administration, including property requests, pipeline and deal stage hygiene, and user issues
• Monitor integrations between HubSpot and our marketing tech stack, and flag and resolve data sync issues
• Run regular data quality audits covering duplicates, enrichment gaps, standardization, and imports
• Build and maintain HubSpot reports and dashboards for funnel, campaign, and pipeline performance
• Document processes and system configurations, and help train Marketing users on new features and process changes
