Job summary

LaunchPad Home Group is seeking a CRM Support Specialist to manage our HubSpot CRM environment, focusing on data integrity, automation, and user support. This hands-on role partners with the CRM Administrator to scale our CRM operations as the business grows.

You will maintain data hygiene, build and troubleshoot workflows, onboard new brands, and document processes to empower teams across sales and operations. Fully remote, US-wide.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience with HubSpot CRM, Sales Hub and/or Service Hub.
• Experience building, maintaining, and troubleshooting HubSpot workflows and automations.
• Strong attention to detail and data accuracy in CRM systems.
• Experience supporting, training, or onboarding users on a CRM or business application.

Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate, clean CRM data through regular hygiene and maintenance.
• Perform data imports, exports, cleanup, deduplication, and validation.
• Assist with data migrations and onboarding new brands into our CRM.
• Create and maintain HubSpot properties and other CRM configurations.
