Job summary

Suralink is seeking a Marketing Operations Specialist to manage HubSpot-driven demand generation and pipeline reporting. You will build workflows, maintain lists, and ensure data integrity while partnering with Revenue Operations.

This remote-friendly role supports the SLC area and integrates with a fast-growing SaaS team. Ideal candidates have 2+ years in marketing operations, strong HubSpot skills, and a detail-oriented mindset.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in marketing operations, including hands-on HubSpot experience building workflows, lists, properties, and reports.
• Strong data handling, attention to detail, and ability to document processes clearly.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain HubSpot workflows, lists, forms, properties, and campaign assets.
• Support campaign and webinar operations end-to-end, including list builds, registrations, and follow-ups.
• Manage lead lifecycle processes, troubleshoot routing, and update rules with Revenue Ops.
• Apply and QA attribution and UTM standards for accurate reporting.
• Assist CRM administration: properties, pipeline hygiene, user issues with Revenue Ops.
• Monitor HubSpot integrations with our tech stack and resolve data sync issues.
• Conduct regular data quality audits, duplicates, enrichment gaps, and imports.
• Create HubSpot reports and dashboards for funnel, campaign, and pipeline performance.
• Document processes and configurations; train Marketing on new features.
