Job summary

Campspot is seeking a HubSpot Administrator to own and optimize our HubSpot instance, supporting marketing and sales teams with workflows, data hygiene, and reporting. You will oversee day-to-day portal health, build dashboards, and ensure clean data flow across connected systems.

This role is ideal for someone early in their HubSpot or marketing/sales operations career who is detail-oriented, curious, and eager to grow into RevOps or systems roles over time.

Qualifications

• 2-4 years of hands-on experience administering HubSpot or a comparable CRM/marketing automation platform.
• Strong attention to detail and a genuine interest in data hygiene and process improvement.
• Comfortable building and troubleshooting workflows, reports, and dashboards independently.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to work cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, and leadership.
• Self-motivated, organized, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Portal management: Own day-to-day administration of HubSpot, including user permissions, properties, pipelines, lists, and workflows.
• Automation: Build, test, and troubleshoot workflows, sequences, and lead scoring to support marketing and sales processes.
• Data hygiene: Maintain clean, reliable data through deduplication, list hygiene, and standardized fields and properties.
• Reporting: Build and maintain dashboards and reports that give Marketing and Sales visibility into performance.
• Integrations: Support and troubleshoot integrations between HubSpot and other systems (e.g. Salesforce, Slack, billing tools).
• Campaign support: Assist with campaign execution, including landing pages, forms, and email builds, as needed.
• Documentation & training: Document processes and train internal users on HubSpot best practices.
• Continuous improvement: Stay current on HubSpot releases and recommend improvements to how we use the platform.
