Job summary

Federal Express Corporation is seeking an administrative professional to perform clerical and operational support across hub and station areas, including linehaul, quality assurance and customer service. The role handles damaged and misaddressed packages to keep delivery times on track and serves as the first point of contact for customers.

You will provide clerical support, enter data into systems, compile reports, and assist with audits.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Four (4) years customer service, clerical or related experience required; experience in dock operations environment or distribution center setting preferred.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office and data entry.
• Ability to communicate effectively with customers.

Responsibilities

• Provide clerical support to management and operations (photocopying, filing, faxing, emailing, and answering phones).
• Enter and review data in systems to support respective functional area.
• Compile data and prepare regular and ad-hoc reports for management.
