Job summary

Federal Express Corporation is seeking a detail-oriented clerical professional to support hub and station operations, including linehaul, quality assurance and customer service. You will handle damaged or misaddressed packages, provide frontline customer service, and assist management with data retrieval and reporting.

This on-site role emphasizes accuracy, timely delivery, and loss prevention across multiple functional areas.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Four (4) years customer service, clerical or related experience; dock ops/distribution center exp preferred.
• General business skills: typing, data entry, phone, copier, fax.
• Microsoft Office and web-based applications proficiency.
• Customer service skills to respond to requests in a professional manner.
• Time management and multitasking in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Provide clerical support (photocopying, filing, faxing, emailing, answering phones).
• Review, research and/or enter data in systems to support the function.
• Compile data and create regular and ad hoc management reports.
• Serve as frontline customer service to resolve inquiries and issues.
• Assist with audits and BC/SA activities by retrieving data and files.
• Help ensure timely delivery and mitigate loss by address searches and package condition checks.
• Maintain proper scan statuses and manage damaged/ hazardous materials per policy.
• Track metrics and prepare weekly reports for management.
