Job summary

EY seeks a ServiceNow Transformation Manager to lead HRSD initiatives across client engagements. You will guide workstreams from planning through execution, mentor a diverse team including offshore resources, and establish strong client relationships while delivering high-impact outcomes.

The role emphasizes leadership, AI-enabled HRSD capabilities, and a mix of on-site and travel across client sites in a dynamic, globally connected environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in CS/IS/Engineering or related field.
• Typically 4–6 years of ServiceNow HRSD project experience.
• ServiceNow CSA or CAD certification.
• One of the following: ServiceNow Implementation Specialist – HR Service Delivery.
• 5+ years of Big 4 or equivalent consulting experience.
• Strong executive communication and teamwork skills.
• Experience leading teams.
• Valid US driver's license.
• Ability to travel to meet client needs.

Responsibilities

• Lead workstreams in ServiceNow HRSD projects from planning to closure.
• Mentor a multi-disciplinary team of 5–10+ resources including offshore.
• Build and maintain client relationships and demonstrate EY services.
• Deliver high-quality project artifacts and proposals.
• Support pre-sales efforts with estimates and proposals.
