Qualifications

• College degree is nice but not required; focus is on skills and track record.
• Three years of B2B sales experience, preferably field sales, in a results‑driven environment.
• Military experience with teamwork, resilience, negotiation, and trust‑building is valued for success.

Responsibilities

• Close sales and win new business within a defined territory.
• Turn prospects into loyal, referring clients by presenting appropriate ADP solutions.
• Deepen relationships across the ADP family by cross‑selling cloud HR solutions and services.
• Collaborate daily as a trusted advisor to clients and internal partners, upholding high ethical standards.
