Job summary

ADP is seeking a Sales Representative for Human Resources Outsourcing (HRO) to close sales within a defined territory and build relationships with HR and executive decision-makers. You’ll participate in training and work with both new and existing clients to present high-quality ADP solutions across hire-to-retire benefits.

You will manage multiple sales processes, advance deals to close, and collaborate with internal partners.

Qualifications

• Three years of business-to-business sales experience (preferably field sales).
• Military experience — teamwork, resilience, negotiation, trust-building help you build relationships.

Responsibilities

• Close sales and win new business within a defined territory.
• Present ADP solutions to meet buyers' real business needs and gain referrals.
• Cross-sell with ADP associates to expand within existing accounts.
• Serve as a trusted advisor to clients and internal partners, upholding high ethical standards.
