ADP is seeking a Sales Representative for Human Resources Outsourcing (HRO) in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. You will close deals in a defined territory, participate in award-winning training, and collaborate with internal partners to deliver HR solutions that improve client outcomes.

You'll cultivate relationships with HR and executive decision-makers, managing multiple deals from prospect to implementation.

Qualifications

• College degree is not required, but relevant experience is valued.
• Three years of business-to-business sales experience (preferably field sales).
• Military experience is recognized and valued.

Responsibilities

• Grow Our Business Within a defined, protected territory to close sales and reach goals.
• Close sales by recommending the right HR solutions and build referral business.
• Cross-sell with other ADP associates to expand opportunities within existing accounts.
• Collaborate daily as a trusted advisor to clients and internal partners while maintaining high ethical standards.
