Qualifications

• Three years of business-to-business sales experience (preferably field sales) in a results-driven environment.

Responsibilities

• Grow Our Business Within a defined, protected territory to close sales and hit targets.
• Close sales by recommending ADP solutions that fit clients' real business needs and solicit referrals.
• Cross-sell with other ADP associates to expand opportunities within existing accounts.
• Serve as a trusted advisor to clients and internal partners, maintaining professionalism and ethical standards.
