ADP is hiring a Sales Representative for Human Resources Outsourcing. You will close sales in a defined territory, win new business, and participate in an award-winning training program.

The role involves selling HR solutions and benefits offerings across the hire-to-retire spectrum to HR and executive decision-makers. You will manage multiple sales processes, document progress, and guide deals from prospect to implementation.

Qualifications

• Three years of business-to-business sales experience (preferably field sales) within a results-driven environment.
• Military experience is recognized and valued for this role.
• Proven track record of closing sales, winning clients, and managing a territory.

Responsibilities

• Close sales and win new business within a defined territory.
• Attend training and join a sales team serving new and existing clients.
• Cross-sell relative ADP solutions within existing accounts and partnerships.
• Maintain relationships with HR and executive decision-makers and document deals through implementation.
