Job summary

ADP is seeking a Sales Representative for Human Resources Outsourcing (HRO) to close sales within a defined territory and drive new business. You will participate in ADP's training program and work with clients to deliver HR solutions and benefits offerings across hire-to-retire.

You will manage multiple sales processes, document progress, and advance deals through implementation to drive compensation and career growth within a fast-paced team.

Qualifications

• Three years of business-to-business sales experience (preferably field sales).
• Military experience is valued and appreciated.
• Proven ability to hit sales quotas and close deals.
• Ability to build a network and leverage social media for sales.

Responsibilities

• Grow Our Business Within a defined, protected territory to close sales and hit goals.
• Close sales by recommending the right ADP solutions to client needs.
• Cross-sell with other ADP associates to grow accounts.
• Serve as a trusted advisor to clients and internal partners.
