Job summary

Ryder seeks a Timekeeping SME to serve as a central contact for employees submitting time and supervisors approving it. You will bridge the timekeeping system with HR and Payroll, ensuring accurate payroll processing and system integrity across stakeholders.

You will troubleshoot issues, guide users, implement enhancements, and ensure compliance with internal policies and regulations. Strong communication and training skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Associate's degree in HR, General Business, Computer Systems, or similar.
• 2+ years HR practices and policies experience.
• Experience with timekeeping systems is a plus.
• Knowledge of Workday and ServiceNow is preferred.
• Strong understanding of HR processes and payroll impacts.
• Proven ability to train and influence system users.

Responsibilities

• Provide proactive support to employees/managers navigating the timekeeping system(s).
• Conduct audits to ensure policy and regulatory compliance in timekeeping.
• Maintain relationships with HR/Payroll to ensure timely updates and resolve disputes.
• Update and distribute timekeeping training materials.
• Ensure new users have access and proper training; set up proxies as needed.
• Handle other duties as assigned.
