Job summary

Ryder is seeking a Timekeeping Systems SME to serve as the central point of contact for employees and managers using timekeeping tools. The role ensures system integrity and seamless payroll processing through issue resolution, training, and collaboration with HR and Payroll.

The perfect candidate will coordinate system enhancements, monitor access controls, and update training materials to reflect evolving regulations. This is an on-site Atlanta position with strong cross-functional exposure.

Qualifications

• Experience with timekeeping systems is preferred
• 2+ years in HR practices and policies recommended
• Understanding HR's role in business and employee everyday activities
• Ability to train and influence system users
• Knowledge of timekeeping and payroll interrelations
• Awareness of regulatory compliance for US jurisdictions

Responsibilities

• Provide proactive support to employees and managers navigating the timekeeping system(s).
• Conduct regular audits of timekeeping to ensure policy compliance and data integrity.
• Maintain collaboration with HR and Payroll stakeholders for timely updates and disputes.
• Update and distribute timekeeping training materials to reflect changes.
• Ensure new users receive timely access and training as roles change.
• Set up proxies to prevent service disruption during absences.
