Ryder is seeking a Timekeeping System Expert to serve as the SME for our timekeeping platforms. You will be the central contact for employees and supervisors, bridging time data, system functionality, and HR/payroll processes.

You will troubleshoot issues, guide users, collaborate on enhancements, and ensure compliance with internal policies and regulations across U.S., Puerto Rico, and Canada. The role emphasizes audits, access control, and timely payroll support.

Qualifications

• Associate's Degree in HR, General Business, Computer Systems, or similar discipline.
• 1 year or more experience with timekeeping systems is a plus.
• 2+ years in HR practices and policies.

Responsabilités

• Provide proactive support to employees and managers navigating the timekeeping system(s).
• Audits of timekeeping to ensure policy and regulatory compliance.
• Maintain relationship with HR and Payroll stakeholders for timely updates.
• Update training materials to align with system changes and compliance.
• Ensure new users and transfers have proper access and training.
• Complete proxy set-ups to avoid disruption during absences.
