Job summary

Ryder System, Inc. seeks a Timekeeping SME to serve as the central contact for employees and supervisors on timekeeping systems. You will coordinate with HR and Payroll to ensure accurate payroll processing, troubleshoot issues, and support system enhancements.

Responsibilities include system audits, training material updates, access provisioning, and proxy setups to maintain uninterrupted service.

Qualifications

• Associate's degree in HR, business, computer systems or similar.
• 1 year or more experience with timekeeping systems is a plus.
• 2+ years in HR practices and policies.

Responsibilities

• Provide proactive support to employees and managers navigating the timekeeping system(s).
• Conduct audits of timekeeping to ensure policy and regulatory compliance.
• Collaborate with HR and Payroll stakeholders for timely payroll processing.
