Ryder System, Inc. seeks a Timekeeping System SME to serve as the central contact for employees and supervisors using Ryder’s timekeeping platforms.

You will work with HR and Payroll to ensure accurate payroll processing, system integrity, and timely issue resolution. The role involves auditing usage, updating training materials, and provisioning access for new hires and role changes.

Formación

• Familiarity with timekeeping systems and payroll processes.
• Experience with HRIS concepts and policy interpretation preferred.
• Knowledge of compliance rules for US timekeeping and payroll recommended.

Responsabilidades

• Provide SME support for Ryder timekeeping systems to employees and managers.
• Audit timekeeping usage for policy compliance and data accuracy.
• Coordinate with HR and Payroll on system updates and payroll impacts.
• Develop and maintain training materials for system users.
• Grant timely access and appropriate training for new and transferring employees.
• Set up proxies to ensure uninterrupted service during absences.
