Job summary

Ryder System, Inc. seeks a Timekeeping Systems SME to be the primary contact for employees and supervisors using our time and attendance tools. You will ensure system integrity, support payroll processing, and collaborate with HR and Payroll on enhancements and regulatory compliance.

You will audit usage, manage access, coordinate training materials, and handle user issues from setup to escalation in a fast-paced environment. Strong communication and meticulous attention to detail are essential.

Qualifications

• Strong written and verbal communication skills required.
• Experience applying HR policies and payroll processes.
• Understanding of timekeeping systems and regulatory compliance.

Responsibilities

• Provide proactive timekeeping system support to employees and managers.
• Audit timekeeping usage for policy and CBAs compliance.
• Coordinate training and access for new and transferring users.
• Collaborate with HR and Payroll on system enhancements and issues.
• Troubleshoot, escalate, and resolve timekeeping issues promptly.
