Ryder seeks a Timekeeping Systems SME to support employees and managers in navigating timekeeping platforms. You will coordinate with HR and Payroll, troubleshoot issues, and contribute to system enhancements while ensuring compliance with policies and CBAs.

The role requires experience with Workday/ServiceNow and strong communication skills, enabling effective training and cross-functional collaboration.

Formación

• Associate's degree in HR, business, computer systems, or similar.
• 1–2 years in timekeeping or HR practice preferred.
• 2+ years HR experience with timekeeping exposure.
• Understanding of HR's role and its business impact; ability to train and influence users.
• Knowledge of timekeeping–Payroll interrelations; regulatory awareness.

Responsabilidades

• Provide SME support for Ryder timekeeping systems for employees and managers.
• Coordinate with HR and Payroll to ensure timely payroll processing and issue resolution.
• Audit timekeeping usage for policy compliance and CBAs.
• Update and distribute training materials; manage user access.
• Escalate complex issues to stakeholders or vendors as needed.
• Monitor reports for data integrity and discrepancies.
