Ryder System, Inc. is seeking a Timekeeping SME who will serve as the expert for Ryder’s timekeeping systems. You will bridge the gap between the system, users, HR and Payroll, ensuring data integrity and supporting payroll processes.

Responsibilities include user support, audits, training material updates, and collaboration with stakeholders to resolve issues and improve processes across Workday and related systems.

Formación

• Associate's Degree in HR/Business/CS or similar discipline.
• 1 year or more in experience with time keeping systems is a plus.
• 2+ years in HR practices and policies.
• Understand how HR influences day-to-day business activities.
• Know how to train and influence system users.
• Inter-relationship between timekeeping systems and Payroll Services.
• Knowledge of compliance rules for U.S., Puerto Rico and Canada.
• Knowledge of Workday and ServiceNow.
• Proven MS Office Suite proficiency (Teams/Outlook/Excel/Word/Access).

Responsabilidades

• Provide proactive support to employees and managers navigating the timekeeping system(s).
• Conduct regular audits of timekeeping system(s) for policy compliance.
• Maintain collaboration with HR and Payroll stakeholders.
• Update and distribute training materials for timekeeping systems.
• Ensure timely access and training for new users and role transitions.
• Complete proxy setups to avoid service disruption.
