Job summary

Ryder is seeking a Timekeeping System SME to serve as the central point of contact for employees submitting time and supervisors approving it. You will bridge the gap between the system, its users, and HR and Payroll, ensuring data integrity and compliant processes across Workday integrations and related tools.

You will audit timekeeping, coordinate with stakeholders, update trainings, and ensure timely access for new users.

Qualifications

• Associate's Degree in HR, General Business, Computer Systems, or similar discipline.
• 1 year or more in experience with timekeeping systems is a plus.
• 2 years or more in HR practices and policies.

Responsibilities

• Provide proactive support to employees and managers navigating the timekeeping system(s).
• Conduct audits of timekeeping to ensure policy and regulatory compliance.
• Maintain relationships with HR and Payroll stakeholders for timely updates.
• Update and distribute timekeeping training materials to meet evolving needs.
• Ensure timely access provisioning for new users and role changes.
• Perform proxy setups to prevent service disruptions during absences.
