Airbus Americas, Inc. is seeking an HRIS Specialist II (Contract) to join the HRIS team across multiple sites, including Herndon, VA and other US locations.

The role focuses on maintaining and evolving the HRIS system, partnering with HR, IT, Finance, and stakeholders to deliver value and exceptional employee experience. The position reports to the Director, HRIS for North America and requires 6+ years of HRIS experience, proficiency with Workday HCM and Dayforce, and strong English

Competenze

• 6+ years of HRIS experience.
• 3+ years with Workday HCM Suite.
• Experience with Dayforce.
• Strong English communication skills.
• Experience with HR master data, payroll, benefits.

Mansioni

• Function as a Product Owner and primary tier 2 analyst for HRIS modules like Workday HCM, Compensation, Benefits, Time & Absence Management.
• Lead and manage HRIS projects, including deployments, upgrades, and tenant rollouts, with proper documentation and governance.
• Define testing strategies, coordinate UAT, and maintain SOPs and release notes for end users.
