Job summary

Airbus Americas, Inc. is seeking a seasoned HRIS Specialist II (Contract) to help manage and evolve our Workday HRIS environment across North America.

You will partner with HR, IT and Finance to deliver high-value HR technology and employee experiences. The role covers requirements gathering, data auditing, testing, and enablement, with responsibilities including release coordination, stakeholder engagement, and end-to-end project delivery.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, IT, or related field.
• Experience with Workday HCM and Dayforce.
• Strong analytical and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a functional Product Owner for HRIS modules incl. Workday HCM.
• Coordinate technical HRIS projects from initiation to go-live.
• Define testing strategies and coordinate UAT and regression testing.
• Create SOPs, job aids, and enable end-user training.
• Support biannual releases and stakeholder communications.
