Job summary

Airbus Americas, Inc. seeks a Senior HRIS Specialist to lead as product owner for North America HR systems, translating complex human capital strategies into automated enterprise solutions.

You will manage Workday HCM modules, collaborate with CoEs, HRBPs and senior leaders, and ensure regulatory data compliance while aligning with global digital standards. Based in the US, reporting to the Director HRIS for North America, this role involves 60% onsite/40% remote work and ~5% travel domestically

Qualifications

• 10+ years of relevant work experience.
• 8+ years experience with HRIS implementations, specifically HCM, Benefits, Compensation, Time Management and Payroll.
• Experience with Workday HCM Suite.

Responsibilities

• Strategic Functional Product ownership for Workday HCM modules including Core HCM, Compensation, Benefits, Absence Management, Time Tracking, and Payroll.
• Lead complex technical HRIS projects from initiation through post-live stabilization, including module deployments and tenant consolidations.
• Author, govern, and maintain rigorous project documentation and governance artifacts.
• Coordinate testing, UAT, and cross-system data integrity; enable HR system adoption across the organization.
